Who we are

LIV GREEN PURE UK LIMITED (company number 17258828) supplies TCL heat pump water heaters in the United Kingdom and Portugal. We are the data controller for personal information collected through livgreenpure.com. Contact us at hello@livgreenpure.com.

What we collect

When you submit the enquiry form we collect the details you provide: your name, email address, postcode or region, whether you are a homeowner, installer, landlord, developer or other, and your message. Our website host also processes standard technical data (such as IP address) needed to deliver the site and prevent spam.

Why we collect it and our legal basis

• To respond to your enquiry and provide quotes or information you asked for. Legal basis: taking steps at your request before entering a contract, and our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries.
• To route installer and trade applications to the right person. Legal basis: legitimate interest.
• We do not send marketing emails unless you ask for them, and we do not sell or share your details with third parties for their marketing.

Where your data goes

Form submissions are processed by our website hosting provider and delivered to our company email, which runs on Google Workspace. Both act as data processors on our behalf. Some processing may take place outside the UK or EEA under appropriate safeguards such as the UK and EU adequacy and standard contractual clause frameworks.

How long we keep it

Enquiries are kept for as long as needed to handle them and for up to 24 months afterwards, unless the enquiry leads to a contract, in which case details are kept as part of our business records for as long as the law requires.

Your rights

You can ask us to access, correct, delete or stop processing your personal data, and you can object to processing based on legitimate interest.
